北马区马来文论坛比赛

The Forum Competition for Chinese Independent High Schools (SMPC) in the Northern Zone, organized by Perempuan Penang Chinese Independent High School, was successfully held on 30 June 2026.

Outstanding students from various Chinese Independent High Schools in the Northern Zone gathered to participate in an interesting Malay language forum competition.

Throughout the competition, the school representatives discussed the set forum topics and presented their views in fluent and natural Malay. They demonstrated strong language proficiency, critical thinking skills, and close teamwork. The calm and confident performances of the participants not only showcased the learning outcomes of the national language among the Chinese independent high school students but also reflected the spirit of the younger generation who dare to speak out and actively communicate.

After a fierce competition, each team demonstrated commendable achievements. The competition results are as follows:

Champion: Chung Ling High School (Independent)

Runner-up: Jit Sin High School (Independent)

Third Place: Sin Min High School (Independent) Sungai Petani

Congratulations to all the successful teams. The highest appreciation is also given to all the teachers and students from the involved schools, judges, and staff who committed and contributed to ensuring the smooth conduct of this competition.

It is hoped that such competitions can be continued in the future to encourage inter-school exchanges, while also enhancing the ability to use the Malay language and critical thinking skills among the students.
